Our cuisine
Our speciality is seafood: roasted octopus, spaghetti with clams and seafood spaghetti, sea bass gnocchi, mixed fried fish. Alongside, traditional Tuscan and Casentino dishes: potato tortelli, homemade pasta, Florentine T-bone steak and carefully selected local meats. The menu follows the seasons, with pumpkin, chestnuts, porcini and truffle. Our 48-hour leavened pizzas, a selected wine list and desserts complete the offer.

In the warm season dinner is served on the terrace, looking straight at the Castle of the Conti Guidi. Our indoor dining room seats 100 and is perfect for family dinners, groups and evenings with friends.
